Using our core download feature (paste a link, parse, download video/audio) does not require an account, and we don't collect your name, phone number, or email address. We log a limited amount of technical information for analytics and troubleshooting:

• Access logs (page path visited, referrer, User-Agent, requesting IP address)
• Basic parse/download statistics (timestamp, success/failure, the video link requested) to understand usage and diagnose issues

We never ask for or collect your TikTok account credentials or login state — our parsing feature only works with public video links and has nothing to do with your TikTok account.

2. How we use this information

• Monitoring site health and troubleshooting functional issues
• Detecting and mitigating abusive or anomalous traffic (e.g., high-frequency requests in a short window)
• Understanding usage patterns to improve the product

3. Cookies and local storage

The admin backend uses a session cookie to keep an administrator logged in. Regular visitors browsing the site or using the download feature are not set any tracking cookies.

We do not sell any of your information. We may disclose necessary technical log data only when legally required (e.g., a lawful request from law enforcement) or to prevent fraud or abuse.

5. Third-party services

Video parsing relies on a third-party public API to retrieve TikTok's direct video link information. The link you paste is sent to that API for parsing purposes only, and not used for anything else.

Access logs and operational statistics are periodically rotated and are not retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Since we don't collect identifying personal information, most data-subject rights (such as requesting deletion of personal data) don't map to any retrievable identity record on our end.
